When we speak, act, and live TRUTH; when we are authentic; we are not only happier and more at peace with ourselves, but we attract real people into our lives that are meant to be there. My hope is to create a space where everyone who comes to Satya Yoga can let go, be themselves, re-discover their authenticity. Or it can just be as simple as learning the basics of yoga so you can know how to feel at peace and get a good work out.
